On Monday, March 9th, at the Talent Garden Calabiana in Milan, the event
the largest radio show in Italy reaches its sixth edition. Created to celebrate
World Radio Day, established by UNESCO on February 13th, this year
focused on news from the world of radio and the relationship between radio and AI.
It was preceded by two press conferences: one in Sanremo on February 25th, with
a speech by Carlo Conti who praised the event, and the other at Palazzo Marino in Milan
on March 2nd. Access to the event is completely free, subject to registration and
a pass request at www.worldradioday.it.
The 2026 edition is taking place with broad and significant institutional support:
patronage of the Lombardy Region, the Municipality of Milan, the Metropolitan City of
Milan, Municipio 5 of Milan, Rai Radio, Confindustria Radio Televisioni, FIMI,
SIAE, and Aeranti Corallo.
The event, organized by radiospeaker.it, was launched online in 2021 and has been
held live every year since 2023, with the participation of numerous guests: radio professionals,
presenters, technicians, creators, communications companies, and
radio enthusiasts, who share their passion for radio,
new ideas, and lots and lots of energy!
